biography

Doug Binning is the President of Upstart Solutions, a firm providing search, compensation and consulting expertise for emerging growth companies. He is recognized as a key developer of leading-edge HR solutions for new venture and emerging growth markets. He previously directed a team at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) involved with launch of start-ups both domestically and internationally. Prior to his role at the Andersen, he held human resources positions with Cray Research, Office Depot, Apple Computer and a local search firm. He graduated from Wheaton College with a BA in economics.
