I have been recognized by my employers as an operations business driver able to identify market opportunities, develop expert teams and institute a culture of empowerment to capture growth and drive aggressive revenue. In my role with U-HAUL I took over the failing State of Wyoming along with over half of the failing State of Colorado and turned them around in less than 1 year. The result was that I had taken a $33M area that was running an annual loss of over $1M and by either training up those that we could and replacing the rest, we made a profit of over $5M the first year alone and have continued to grow since.
