biography
Bendik N. Blindheim has spent seven years of his professional career within executive search, mainly serving global or Nordic clients with complex leadership assignments. He held position as Partner at one of Norway’s leading search firms before joining ISCO Group. He has been a management consultant for three years, advising clients within organisational and cultural change, talent management and leadership development. Blindheim holds a Bachelor in Engineering from Oslo and Akershus University College of Applied Sciences and Executive Education program from Harvard Business School.
