Russ joined Availability in 1979 after 5 years in the computer industry. He is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC), a designation that is obtained thru testing, and concerns Employment agency ethics as well as EEO and agency laws. You can be sure that Availability, Inc and Russ operate in a professional and ethical fashion.

Russ is also a recognized leader within the National Personnel Associates, a 350 member association of agencies that provide permanent and contract consulting services throughout the U.S. He has been awarded 'Top Producer' awards consistently since joining Availability, Inc.

Throughout his twenty year tenure with Availability, Inc, Russ has placed many MIS professionals with Florida employers. The fact that he is synonymous with Availability, Inc. has allowed him to cultivate candidate and client relationships that have remained very beneficial over the years.
