Maureen Brille

biography

Maureen joined Westwood Partners in January 2009. She specializes in recruiting senior executives in Global Banking, Private Equity, and Wealth Management.

Maureen has particular expertise recruiting asset gatherers for alternative investments, including fundraising and investor relations professionals. In addition, she provides comprehensive research, analysis, and strategic advice to assist clients in evaluating the competitive landscape and exploring creative options for growth.

Maureen has over twenty years of experience on Wall Street, including ten years in executive search. Prior to joining Westwood Partners, Maureen was a founding member of The Gerson Group, and spent six years at Egon Zehnder International and A.T. Kearney Executive Search.

Previously, Maureen spent thirteen years on Wall Street in a variety of banking advisory and private investment roles. As Head of Proprietary Funds at Wit Capital/Soundview Technology, she structured and raised its first venture capital fund. At JPMorgan, Maureen was a Client Advisor in Private Wealth Management. She began her career at Chemical Bank, acting as both principal and agent on mergers and acquisitions, management buyouts, and growth capital investments.

Maureen has an MBA from the College of William and Mary and a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois.
