Co-Founder and Managing Partner, Mitch has progressive Human Resources experience in Generalist, Staffing, Compensation, and Organizational Design roles for Citibank, NBC, M&M/Mars, AlliedSignal, and Pepsi Co. Some of the positions held include Generalist, Compensation Manager, Staffing Director, Plant Personnel Manager, and Global Staffing and Development Manager.
Most recently, he was the Director of Staffing for AlliedSignal where he was accountable for all staffing activities for the Organization as well as leading the staffing integration effort for the AlliedSignal – Honeywell merger.
At Citicorp, Mitch’s last role was VP, HR Staffing and Development where he led the HR staffing and development efforts for the Americas. Prior to this role, Mitch was a Sr. Generalist in charge of the Manhattan consumer business.
Mitch has a Masters degree in Personnel Psychology from NYU. He resides in Marlboro, NJ with his wife and two children.
