biography
Carolynne joined the Edmonton office of Conroy Ross Partners in 2007, recruiting for a variety of senior level roles in different industries. Her experience as a human resources manager, HR generalist, and Vice President of Operations for a high-end event marketing group has provided the foundation for her success with the firm. Her motto of "keeping it real" demonstrates Carolynne’s enthusiasm and refreshing outlook that clients find contagious. Carolynne was attracted to Conroy Ross Partners by their professional reputation and leadership within the business community. A true networker, Carolynne believes in building relationships and fostering a collaborative network of contacts. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta with a focus in Human Resources Management, and holds the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation. When Carolynne is not at the office, she involves herself with Immigrant Access Fun and is the former Vice-Chair of the Birth to Three Society.
