JBA traces its roots back to 1979 with its incorporation in Houston, Texas, under the name Jacqueline Buickians & Associates. The President/CEO of our Company, a degreed and practiced computer programmer and Project Manager by trade, is the original founder who started the company after recruiting IT talent for her own projects for the firms she used to work for. Due to her background, the company has a strong affinity for technology enhancements in the workplace, and therefore has excellent systems for managing workflow and recruiting. JBA was established as a California Corporation, in 1988.
