A founding member of Landelahni Business Leaders in 1996, and an Amrop Landelahni partner since 1997, Sandra has 20 years' experience in Executive Search, working with blue chip companies in South Africa and multinationals across sectors. Her expertise in executive search in recent years has focused on manufacturing, construction, infrastructure and mining, but extends to key appointments in academic, state owned enterprises and the charity sector. Sandra chaired the Board Practice for Amrop for five years, expanding the board services offered by the Amrop partners around the globe, whilst developing a substantial board practice in South Africa. Since launching the board practice in SA in 2001, Amrop Landelahni has placed more than 200 independent directors in diverse sectors spanning electricity, water, roads, construction, property and asset management and mining. Sandra is currently Leader of Amrop's Global Mining, Energy & Infrastructure Practice.
