I have over 10 years of experience as a Professional Recruiter (or if you prefer Headhunter) and

28 years experience as a Sales and Marketing professional in the medical device and consumer

products industries. That experience includes 20 years in the Johnson & Johnson family of

healthcare companies and international experience with companies like B Braun GmBH.

As a President, Vice President of Sales & Marketing and a sales manager, I understand the importance and the difficulty, challenges and frustrations of finding and hiring the outstanding people you need to make your business a success. I can take the challenge and frustration out – you’re left with hiring outstanding people.
