Tom Byrne is a veteran IT Recruiting Professional with over 25 years of IT Recruiting experience. He has experience in Corporate recruiting as well as 20+ years in the IT Search industry. He has experience working a full desk as well as managing teams of recruiters.

As a Corporate Recruiter/Manager for a fast growing technology company, Tom learned first hand what it is like on the other side of the desk. He helped develop job descriptions, implement a formal recruiting and follow up process, and implemented proactive recruiting methods to meet the staffing needs of the company. He understands the challenges hiring managers and corporate recruiters are faced with and he strives to develop mutually beneficial relationships with them. He leverages his Search industry and Corporate recruiting experience to benefit his customers.

At Rita Technology Services, he manages a team of experienced IT recruiters and manages a desk as well. He recruits experienced IT & Cyber Security professionals on a permanent, contract or contract-to-hire basis for clients in the State of Florida and beyond.
