biography

Rodrigo is a Vice President & Partner at Fesa, conducting consulting projects for IT, Telecom, Media, Communication and Professional Services industries. Due to Fesa’s association with IIC Partners, he also conducts consulting projects in more than 60 business centers throughout the world. He started his career in business and service development area at Siemens, where he worked for more than 6 years. After that, he became HTC – High Tech Computer Corp. Sales Director in Brazil, being also responsible for company´s startup in Brazil. He began his career in executive search in 2011, conducting leadership search projects in a recruitment company, being responsible for setting up the IT and Telecom business unit. Rodrigo holds a bachelor´s degree in Electronic Engineering from Instituto Mauá de Tecnoologia and a post graduation degree in Business Administration from Instituto Brasileiro de Mercado de Capitais (Ibmec). He is a native speaker of Portuguese and fluent in English and Spanish.
