Donna is a Senior Executive Recruiter for Ratliff & Taylor, joining the company in 2012. Donna conducts searches with client companies specializing in Manufacturing, focusing on Operations, Human Resources, Engineering and Supply Chain roles.
Examples of positions filled include Vice President of Human Resources, General Manager of Operations, Director of Engineering, Plant Manager, Operations Manager and Quality Director.
Donna has 17 years in the recruiting industry and populated positions in virtually all areas of manufacturing, with a special emphasis in Automotive. Donna's Executive Search experience originates from her self-employment since 2000, plus her prior work with Fox-Morris Associates and Torch Group.
Donna earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a minor in Marketing from John Carroll University in University Heights, Ohio.
