Silvia Carvalho

Silvia is an Associate Director & Partner at Fesa, responsible for conducting executive search projects in the Agribusiness industry. Due to Fesa’s association with IIC Partners, she also conducts consulting projects in more than 60 business centers throughout the world. Before joining Fesa, Silvia was a Partner of Abrahams Executive Search, a recruitment firm focused on the Agribusiness sector. She began her career at Fesa in 2005 as a Researcher for Life Sciences Practice. She also worked as a Consultant at Fit RH Consulting, dedicated to the segments of Agribusiness, Pharma and Medical Devices, during this phase she assumed the position of Head of Life Sciences Practice. Silvia holds a bachelor’s degree in Agronomy Engineering from Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP), with an specialization in Plant Production from Instituto Agronômico de Campinas (IAC). She is a native speaker of Portuguese and has good command of English.
