Silvia Casaluci is a member of the Consumer Practice, servicing FMCG and fashion clients, as well as focusing on Human Resources and IT specialist assignments. Prior to joining Stones International, Silvia held senior Human Resources positions with important multinational companies. She has a significant track record working in the FMCG and Luxury Goods sectors, having worked with Swiss publicly-listed Lindt & Sprüngli Group, where she was Human Resources Director; Whirlpool Europe, where she was responsible for Human Resources for Central Europe, and Prada, based in Milan, as Human Resources Manager- Europe, focusing on sales, operations, PR & Communications, as well as Style & Design. An Italian national who has lived for many years in Morocco, Silvia Casaluci is fluent is Italian, French and English. She graduated from Milan Catholic University with an Italian "Laurea" degree in Political Science.
