biography
Aurora Catá joined Seeliger y Conde in 2008 as a Partner responsible for the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) and Healthcare sectors. She began her career in the financial sector Bank of America first, and then as Financial Director at Nissan Motor Iberica until 1996, when she became Managing Director of RTVE in Catalonia. After that she served as CEO of Planet 2010 and was CEO of Recoletos Communications Group from 2003 to the purchase of Recoletos by RCS, at which time she became Managing Director of Unidad Editorial Sociedad de Revistas and was also responsible for the Group's development in Latin America. She is and has served on various boards, many related companies in the sectors of telecommunications and audiovisual. She is currently an independent director of Grupo Antena 3, Abantia and ICF Group. She has also been on the executive committee of several institutions in the economic and social, IESE Business Circle and others. Aurora is an Industrial Engineer and has an MBA from IESE Business School.
