biography
Since 1993 she plays in the search for top executives making process in Chile and Argentina, being recognized by The Economist Intelligence Unit as "Leading Consultant".
She began her professional experience at the School of Economics, Catholic University after joining the National Planning Office. In 1988, she joined Bancard, as Deputy Manager Projects and, later, worked as Deputy Manager of Passenger Services in Ladeco. Between 1993 and 2002 she served as Head Consultant Seminarium Hunting in the area of selection of senior management. As of November 2002 she is a founding member and manager of Humanitas Executive Search.
