biography
Celebrating twenty years with the firm, Susan joined in 1986 when it was known as Gould & McCoy. In 1994, in recognition of her success, the firm's name was changed to Gould, McCoy & Chadick.
Susan has had a broad range of experience in corporate and consulting environments. In 1978 she joined the American Express Company where she held both line and staff human resource positions, and was responsible for staffing executive level positions in the United States and overseas. Prior to American Express, Susan was a consultant for Boyle Kirkman Associates which focused on helping companies fully realize the contribution of its high potential female and minority employees.
Susan received her B.S. Phi Beta Kappa from Hunter College and her Master’s degree from the New School for Social Research. She serves on the Board of the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC) and Chairs its Small Firm Forum. She is a member of the Women's Forum, the Advisory Board of The York Theatre Company and is President of the Brooklyn Heights Synagogue, a 300-member congregation with a $1.3 million budget.
