Since 1994, Orb has successfully recruited and placed Employee Benefits specialists and Information Systems candidates for insurance carriers, national brokerage houses, and consulting firms. Orb has an extensive background that ranges from pension/retirement plans to self-insured retention's and joint power authorities. Orb was instrumental in designing and receiving the approval of California Insurance Department of the first Mutual Insurance Company approved in over 25 years.
