Norman Chang

biography

Norman Chang is a consultant at PCI Executive Search Consultants Beijing office. He is engaged in both business development and executive search project’s delivery in IT technology, both software and hardware. Norman holds a master degree in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University. With more than 6 years of rich working experience at Silicon Valley, USA. The engineering work covers from enterprise to consumer products. The hardware experience ranges from power supply all the way to system and chip levels. The software experience ranges from testing to firmware, driver, and internet. Norman offers an in-depth knowledge of the technology and has extensive network in high-tech talents not only in China but also in Taiwan and North America. Norman was invited to join PCI in 2013 and is engaged mostly in IT, Technology, and Telecom industries.
