Susan is the master sergeant that keeps the troops together and moving toward the target. She marshals her staff to ensure invoices go out, people get paid, and that everyone is happy and doing what they do best--recruiting.



Susan lift weights and is pursuing a black belt in Aikido. When she speaks, the staff listens.
