Known throughout the recruiting industry even before she launched Prestonwood, Diane spent over 10 years in Corporate Human Resources with leaders in consumer products, medical devices, pharmaceutical, and high technology-such as Johnson & Johnson, GTE Labs, and Lexidata.
She frequently speaks on such subjects as marketing, sales leadership profiling, talent acquisition, and entrepreneurial trends to professional and academic groups alike. Diane is a graduate of Boston College and has served as a Board Member and past Vice President of Massachusetts Professional Placement Consultants organization. She is an active member of the Massachusetts Software and Internet Council, The Commonwealth Institute, and The Boston Club.
Diane's philanthropic interests are many with a strong focus on education. Committed to the education of children, Diane most recently served 3 years as Board Member for a non-profit, fund-raising organization focused on public education. Some of the more significant roles she has held include: Chairing the Voter drive for the highest-ever school override in her local system's history; Treasurer of the Medfield Coalition for Education, Superintendent Advisory Council, and Member of Principal Selection Committee for two Principal recruitment needs.
Currently she is a Board Member for The Boston Children's Museum and a Trustee for The Brain Science Foundation--Brigham & Women's Hospital. Her drive, passion, and desire to excel has caused her to continually work with the brightest and most accomplished companies and executives. Through her high standards, Prestonwood has gained the reputation of doing what they say they will do. Results and accountability are core to Prestonwood's client relationships.
