Tim Conti is a partner and co-founder of ON Search Partners. Concentrating his practice on CEO, Vice President, and Board-level searches, Tim has worked with a broad range of clients to bolster their senior executive ranks.  Tim focuses his practice at the intersection of the semiconductor, equipment, software, and systems sectors, as well as energy, smart grid and other cleantech industries.  He has worked with many multinational corporations and venture-backed start-ups.
