Cotton has over thirty-two years of successful business experience in sales, sales management and marketing.

He served in sales and sales management with the GAF Corporation prior to starting MRI-Sales Consultants of Rhode Island, Inc.

With MRI has received the following National Awards:

Twice elected by peers as MRI-Sales Consultants Eastern Regional Representative.

Interviewed over 25,000 candidates and worked with thousands of executives by providing search and recruitment consulting services. Personally placed hundreds of candidates. Client companies include many of the Fortune 500 as well as small local start-ups.

* Make-A-Wish Foundation of Rhode Island

Founder /Past President/ Past Executive Director: In conjunction with MRI-Sales Consultants of Rhode Island, founded 75th chapter of MAKE-A-WISH, who's mission is to grant special wishes to children with terminal illnesses. The founding chapter was comprised exclusively of volunteers. There was no paid management.

* Recipient of J.C. Penney's Golden Rule Award for Outstanding Accomplishments in Community Service.
