G. D. Cox is President and Chief Executive Officer of Executive Sales Recruiters Inc., a respected leader in professional recruiting. She founded the company and has directed its phenomenal growth to establish Executive Sales Recruiters Inc. as one of the nation's most recognized recruitment firms.
Founded in 1994, Executive Sales Recruiters Inc. is retained by Fortune 1000 corporations, as well as regional and entrepreneurial companies to recruit professionals for a wide variety of management and sales positions.
Prior to founding the company, Cox was a successful corporate sales trainer and motivational speaker. She worked her way through the corporate ladder starting as an outside salesperson. The company she worked for quickly realized her leadership skills and fast tracked her career. Mrs. Cox having a natural enthusiasm for sales proved to be a huge benefit when developing sales teams. Mrs. Cox transferred her beliefs and energy onto the recruits which strengthened retention and increased bottom lines throughout the company. Eventually Mrs. Cox was asked to speak at a conference among her peers. That conference led to Mrs. Cox becoming the voice of the recruiting department.
