Andrea has 12 years of working experience in the IT industry. Beginning her career as an Administrator and eventually moving into a PRO role in the Contracting & Placements division of the company. She then moved down to Durban to start up the division in the Durban Branch as well as fulfilling a Human Resources Management role for her company in the KZN Region. In November 2002, she and Pamela Govender opened their own IT & Professional Recruitment Consultancy - Carlysle Human Capital - specialising in IT & Corporate contracting & permanent placements in South Africa. She is currently completing her BComm Industrial Pyschology degree through UNISA.
