Walter Critchley is a priciple partner at Cochran, Cochran & Yale. He has been with the firm since it opened in 1979. He has 25 years of executive search and recruiting experience and is currently the managing partner of the Buffalo Office. Walter handles senior level executive search and recruiting, as well as managing the Buffalo Region market and leads the Information Technology Practice area.
