With three years surveying experience in the commercial and retail sector, Graham joined an international recruitment company, working as a recruitment consultant specialising in property and construction. He was later appointed Managing Consultant for the Finance division. Graham joined Thomas Cole Kinder in 1998 and was made a Partner in 1999.
