Ms. Lisa Curtin

Lisa Curtin is a Principal of Andcor and is actively involved in all aspects of the company's business including client management, business development, and professional search activities.

Lisa offers Andcor's clients over 25 years experience having championed rapid, multi-million dollar growth for Minnesota growth companies in a variety of industries. She has been the recipient of numerous sales awards, including The Sales and Marketing Executives International (SMEI) Sales Executive of The Year in 2002.

Lisa joined Andcor in 2008 (held previous stint from 1998-2000). Prior to Andcor, Lisa was the founder and president of IEG IrishAmerican Equity Group. IEG was created to assist Ireland born companies intent on expanding to the United States. With offices in Dublin and Minneapolis, IEG also provides services to US companies looking to the EU for expansion opportunities.

In addition to Andcor, Lisa is also a founder and managing director of Digital Equity Ltd., a Dublin Ireland based provider of Digital Asset Management solutions. Created in response to the explosive growth of digital media, the company provides ASP services and full implementation of digital asset management software solutions.

Prior to founding IEG and Digital Equity, Lisa served as senior vice president and general manager for Landscape Structures, Inc., a leading global commercial playground manufacturer, where she launched a new subsidiary company bringing 10 million in new revenue within 2 years and played an integral part in the implementation of a lean manufacturing and lean office culture driving companywide double-digit bottom line improvements.

After starting her career selling Dale Carnegie Training Courses, Lisa served as the director of direct sales at Varitronics Systems, Inc., a leading developer and manufacturer of labeling, signage and presentation systems.

In February 2004, Lisa launched the Ireland Chamber of Commerce USA-MN Chapter. The sole focus of the chamber is to provide opportunities for the development of economic, commercial, financial and educational relationships between the USA and Ireland. Ms. Curtin currently presides over the MN Chapter.
