Richard founded the firm in 2002 with the basic principles of integrity, service, and a mentality to “never quit working for the client”. After a 30-year healthcare operating career which included multiple CXO roles, and almost four years at a large diversified search firm, he understands the importance of client service at the “C-level”. His extensive client and candidate networks, combined with a seasoned personal approach, enable him to handle the most sensitive situations.
