Mike Daley, the owner and principal, has been recruiting MIS/IT professionals for client companies in the Bay area for over 17 years. After starting his recruiting career with a major East Bay recruiting and search firm in 1984, he opened his own company in Walnut Creek in 1986, where he operated for 6 ½ years. He moved that office to its current location in Concord, where he has been located since 1992. His professional and caring approach to his candidates and client's needs and requirements has made him, and Daley Consulting & Search, a much sought after recruiting firm.
