Josef-Maximilian is the founder and managing director of PAB HRConsulting. His focus and passion is the search for top executives, primarily in trade, industrial goods and health.
He enjoys searching for candidates on behalf of clients - most of them long-standing accounts - to help them enhance their economic success even more via top candidates.
Career history
Josef-Maximilian has a BS in business economics and an MBA from the University of Nuremberg and established a successful trading firm in parallel with his studies. After completion of his studies, he joined an international multi-billion trading company.
Fascinated by executive search, Josef-Maximilian founded PAB HRConsulting in 1994 as the one-man show of an autodidact. He has had 18 years of experience in the search business.

Private interests
Josef-Maximilian is a committed and passionate family father and is married to his first love, a successful medical doctor. He is an active Rotarian and a longstanding member of the board of Rotary International.
He enjoys driving his vintage cars and has a deep appreciation for good food.
