Rice has been a part of the Hardware-Building

Materials-Lawn & Garden Industries for many years. He started in the retail business owning a large Home Center. After selling that business he became VP of Sales & Marketing for a Regional Wholesaler. Then moved on to a position VP of Sales & Marketing for a MFG. of Hand and Power Tools.
