biography
Ann is a Partner with Amrop in Belgium. She has gathered over 12 years of experience in human resources and people management thanks to different HR management roles in the IT Service sector. Moreover, Ann spent 10 years in service sales, in the banking as well as in the IT service sector. In 2012 she founded her own company, to join Amrop in 2014. Ann has developed a sector expertise in IT and in Banking, and in Professional Services in general. Ann holds a Masters Degree in Romance languages from the Ghent University and has postgraduate credentials in Human Resources, Leadership & Management, Solution Selling, Marketing Management and Finance. She is fluent in Dutch, French, English and Spanish. She enjoys very much horseback riding, plays badminton and likes to go to a good concert.
