biography
After graduating from the ISG (Institut Superieur de Gestion) in Paris, Jean began his career in 1986 in the healthcare sector with the HEXAGONE SANTE Group, a leading operator of MSO (Medicine, Surgery and Obstetrics) facilities. He held several management positions in their centres before becoming CEO of a clinic in 1989. In 1995 he joined FINEVE, a family-owned healthcare group operating medicine and surgery, dialysis and post-treatment centres, as CEO of a major private heart hospital. In 1997, he was appointed Deputy CEO of the Group (700 employees). He played an active role until 2013 in its organisation and operational supervision, and in developing its strategic positioning and capital-based restructuring. He then returned to the HEXAGONE SANTE Group as CEO of the Ambroise Paré clinic in Neuilly (500 employees and over 200 beds). Jean has recognized skills in the general management of healthcare facilities, and in leading medical teams, steering management teams and motivating staff, particularly in the stages of transformation which the healthcare sector is currently going through. He also has a sound knowledge of French healthcare organization and of the supervisory authorities.
