Andrea has 8+ years of recruitment experience. She comes from 6 years of internal recruitment at successful high tech start ups, hiring 500+ engineers in the telecom and storage industry for such companies as FORE Systems (now Marconi) and Spinnaker Networks (now Net App). She has hired every type of candidate needed to make a High Tech start up sucessful, from a VP of Sales, to a CTO, down to the top new grad engineers from accross the world. She understands what technical and personal skills are needed to make that employee sucessful.
