Andrea has built a solid business over the past seven years with a reference base of core clients. Her previous success in software sales has enabled her to identify what a sales candidate looks for in a software sales career. She has developed a solid network of fellow recruiters along with many other important contacts through membership in organizations such as the FWE (Forum for Women Entrepreneurs). Andrea's professional sales background combined with a personal approach with each candidate set her apart from other recruiters in the profession. Andrea has a Masters in Social Work from Catholic University in Washington, D.C.
