Ralph Dieckmann has significant experience in solving human resource problems in both management and consulting roles. Prior to merging to form Integré Partners, Mr. Dieckmann founded Dieckmann & Associates in 1981. Before Dieckmann & Associates, Mr. Dieckmann served eight years as consulting manager for the Chicago office KPMG Peat Marwick. During the seven preceding years, he held corporate and divisional positions in individual assessment, manpower and organization planning, management development, and recruiting for R. R. Donnelley & Sons Company.
In the 1995 edition of The New Career Makers, Mr. Dieckmann was ranked by organizations and peers as #14 among the nation's top 250 senior executive search professionals in recruiting general managers/CEOs. In addition, he and his firm were ranked as #4 nationally in recruiting manufacturing/operations executives, #6 nationally in locating high-performance senior women and minority executives, and #9 nationally in recruiting financial executives and CFOs.
Among Mr. Dieckmann's specific accomplishments are:
• Recruiting senior executives for a wide variety of manufacturing and service firms, with an emphasis on general management and finance.
• Conducting major organization studies and organization development programs for clients in the manufacturing and financial services industries.
• Designing and implementing succession plans and comprehensive manpower planning programs using a management evaluation committee format.
• Designing and implementing management systems involving management-by- objectives concepts.
• Organizing and managing comprehensive internal staffing functions for professional level hiring at R. R. Donnelley & Sons and KPMG Peat Marwick.
• Authoring a series of monograph essays on recruiting and human resources fundamentals.
Mr. Dieckmann holds a B.A. in Psychology and Business from Northwestern University, and an M.S. from Loyola's Institute of Industrial Relations.
