Anne Mette Dissing-Immerkaer has worked in executive search for several years and heads high level recruitment services of national and international executives and board members. Her portfolio counts leading multinationals and Danish companies within a broad set of industries, including Industrial, Consumer & Retail, Medical Devices, and Professional Services. Over the years Anne Mette has developed a strong key account relation to a number of large Danish global corporations’ HQ in Denmark, resulting in substantial business in the entire country as well as abroad. She has achieved clear recognition for being a leading female Search Executive on the Danish market resulting in an exceptional network of chief executives and candidates and a broad portfolio of positions to be filled. Prior to joining Amrop, Anne Mette was Partner in another global executive search company. Before that she was Executive Director at the Copenhagen Business School (CBS) where she headed all Executive Master Programs. During her years at CBS, Anne Mette has followed the majority of Denmark's rising stars and their ascent to top executive positions. The first years of her career Anne Mette spent as a Business Development Consultant at Danfoss. Anne Mette holds a Master's degree in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and an MBA from Washington State University.
