Mr. Robert S Divine

biography

Bob Divine has an extensive background in business management and management consulting. His experience includes the chief executive role with several companies, as well as functional responsibilities in the operations and financial areas. Mr. Divine's search experience includes director, senior management and specialist positions with a variety of financial, manufacturing and service clients. Mr. Divine was a founding partner of O'Shea, Divine & Company, Inc., now O'Shea, Divine & Rivers. Previously, he was an owner and President of a multi-office international search firm. Earlier, he had been President of the Airstream Division of Beatrice Foods Company, preceded by several years as President or Operations Vice President of other manufacturing firms. His management background also includes five years with ITT and an assignment as start-up manager for a factory in Brazil. Mr. Divine's consulting experience includes four years with Ernst & Young, and two years as head of his own firm. Mr. Divine is a native of South Carolina. He received BS and MS degrees from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
