Scott Doupe is Office Managing Partner for Conroy Ross Partners of Calgary, Canada.
Within IIC Partners, he served as a board member from 2007 - 2011 and was responsible for introducing minimum standards and Practice Group development.
Scott has been an executive search professional for more than 20 years, and has completed well over 500 search assignments. Before joining Conroy Ross Partners in 1996, he was with Deloitte Consulting in their general management and human capital practice. Additionally, he led their Alberta executive search practice and was a member of the management committee responsible for national executive search operations.
He understands that organizations reach success only when they have the right people in the right places, and that attracting the next leader to any organization is only possible by gaining a thorough understanding of an organization’s culture and strategy.
Scott leads search assignments for executive and senior professionals in several key industries and has a functional specialization in the CFO, finance/accounting and financial services sectors. Since joining Conroy Ross Partners he has been instrumental in building and leading the firm's finance practice.
His career includes human resource and general management responsibilities with an international youth leadership organization, human resources in the oil and gas industry, and nine years in management consulting, compensation and executive search with Deloitte Consulting.
Scott holds both a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Commerce, is an active volunteer in the Calgary community and currently Board Chair of Wood's Homes. He is a past Director of IIC Partners (ranked as the 8th largest global executive search firm), past president of the Human Resources Association of Calgary (HRAC) and a previous director of the Human Resources Institute of Alberta.
