Mrs. Drayden, Founder and Principal at Criado Resources, LLC, initially came into the industry as a Property Manager of an 18 unit Class B property, and worked her way up the "ladder", eventually becoming a Regional Supervisor with a portfolio of approximately 3000+ units, as well as, numerous positions within Property Management including the title of an Asset Acquisitions Specialist. The knowledge and expertise acquired throughout her long-standing career has allowed our Firm the ability to maintain the foundations built and to continue using the background and experience that she has gained in order to fill the ever demanding need for professionals with specialized backgrounds specific to the Property Management & Real Estate industries.
Mrs. Drayden has a strong background in Multi-family management (Class A-D) properties, as well as Commercial and Retail, and is highly experienced in creating budgets, due diligence, tax credit properties, and so forth. In having 10+ years of experience in the Property Management and Real Estate industry, with a little over 5 years recruiting specifically for Property Management positions both corporate and third-party, her wide range of knowledge and expertise in these areas, defines the clear understanding and keen ability Mrs. Drayden maintains to recognize the talent needed to fill these "niche" positions.
Not only does she oversee and actively participate in the day-to-day activities within the firm, Mrs. Drayden avidly remains up-to-date in all areas of the industry and housing market in order to better service both clients and candidates, not only in the Texas market, but on a national level.
