Nicole Earnest-Payte has over eight years of experience in the recruiting and staffing field in several key roles, including account development, contract staffing, technical direct hire recruiting, as well as general management recruiting. Additionally, Nicole spent a couple of years as the senior recruiter for a successful technical services firm in San Francisco where she recruited all levels of engineers and developers, as well as senior management across all functions of the firm. During her tenure there, she also operated as the client for local and national recruitment firms. That experience has given her a unique perspective regarding the recruiter’s relationship with clients due to her thorough understanding of what they truly need from a recruiting partner, and how to deliver results. Prior to Nicole entering the recruiting field, she spent several years in outside sales and business development in several industries, and has spent the entirety of her career in Northern California.
