Scott Eckley is a partner with Pinnacle Executive Group. Scott leads the energy practice team. Clients retain us to perform in a couple of capacities including search and recruitment and competitive compensation analysis. Scott serves as a lead for retained, senior level projects. Our client portfolio includes leading companies from both the regulated and unregulated market segments.
Scott facilitates the search for executive level talent through an understanding of client culture and candidate competencies. Scott has led Pinnacle’s efforts to create the most efficient and successful recruiting process supporting the energy industry.
Scott earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Iowa.
