biography
Patti Egan came to the Bay Area to obtain her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Holy Names University located in the East Bay. Upon graduation she immediately moved into educational recruiting spending nine years in this field. Before returning to the recruiting business, Patti’s work experience included retail management and business operations/management. Prior to joining Susan Russo and Associates, Patti spent four years in healthcare recruitment. This work experience has allowed her to understand business needs both in the for-profit and non-profit sectors.
As with the other members of the Susan Russo and Associates Team, Patti brings a high level of professionalism, desire for quality, and the ability to work with a diverse range of clients and candidates.
