biography

Kevin Elderfield is a Principal Consultant and co-leader of the firm’s UK practice along with Sam Wilkins, driving executive search and human capital and recruitment process consulting and advisory work primarily in the UK and Germany as well as France and Switzerland plus some work in the Nordics, Belgium and Eastern Europe. Kevin’s clients are primarily in software and consulting—mainly strategy, performance and systems integration. Kevin has a proven track record of successful search completions and consulting engagements with some of Europe’s most prestigious companies as well as American companies’ international operations including but not limited to KPMG, PA Consulting, Microsoft, Amgen as well as multiple searches for smaller niche firms.

Before becoming a part of Leadership Capital Group, in Kevin’s most recent endeavor, he was one of four main shareholders of Quorum International, a well-known European-based executive search and recruitment process outsource company which he helped grow from 4 to 160 people in 16 countries over nine years before the company was acquired in April 2008 by Kenexa (NASDAQ:KNXA).

Kevin has a degree in French, German and European Economic Studies from Bath University. He resides in Dartmoor, UK with his wife and two children.
