Yvonne L. Ellis earned her BA degree at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL. She majored in Business Management emphasis Marketing. For more than a decade, Ms. Ellis has successfully managed Sterling Attorney Search Firm. Receiving several recognitions for her accomplishments, including the “Price Waterhouse Up & Comers” and the “Small Business Person of the Year”. The Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches elected Ms. Ellis as the Vice Chairperson of the Ambassador Committee and later promoted her to the Board of Directors. She has spoken at many legal trade associations offering advice on recruitment strategies, hiring selections and personnel retention. Ms. Ellis enjoys giving back to the community and offers her time to students on career counseling and interview coaching. She began her career as a recruiter in 1986 and has ultimately found her niche recruiting and placing legal professionals.
