Mr. Ira A Ellman

biography

Ira Ellman leads the Human Resources and Infrastructure practices at Capstone. He has more than 12 years experience as a search professional and 15 years experience in Corporate Human Resources.

He has held leadership positions in Talent Acquisition at JPMorgan Chase, Bear Stearns and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Ira has been instrumental in designing and transforming recruiting organizations and strategies and is a recognized leader in the field. He began his career as an information technology professional working at General Electric.

During his tenure at Capstone, Ira has completed searches in Human Resources, Information Technology, Risk and Finance for a broad array of clients in financial services, life sciences and other industries.

Ira graduated from Columbia University with a B.S. in Operations Research.
