Felipe Fabrega

Felipe is Partner and General Manager of Amrop Panama, where he leads the search for senior executives and independent board members for multinational companies and prestigious national and family businesses. Felipe has over 30 years of diverse experience in marketing products and services for the corporate, tourism, industrial, and consumer markets as Director of Global Sales and Distribution at Copa Airlines, and as Director of Sales and Marketing at Polymer Group, formerly a wholly owned subsidiary of Chiquita Brands. He is currently advisor to the board of directors of the Chamber of Commerce in Panama. He was President of the Association of Airlines in Panama (ALAP) and member of the board of directors of the Chamber of Tourism of Panama (CAMTUR), both positions for two consecutive years. Felipe holds an MBA from Nova Southeastern University (Florida, USA) and a B.Sc. in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing from Louisiana State University (Louisiana, USA). He has been also an accredited facilitator of Franklin Covey's The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. With extensive experience in marketing and management, Felipe supports multinational and local companies, finding the best candidates for senior positions and independent boards.
