I have been successfully recruiting in the Plastics Industry since 1992 and became a Certified Senior Manager (CSM) in 1997. In November 2002, I became the owner of MR of Lake St. Louis where my specific areas of focus have been in Plastics Injection Molding & Medical Device Manufacturing. I work with custom and captive molders throughout the United States. In establishing relationships with people in my industry, I pride myself in treating people the way I would want to be treated in similar circumstances. My clients and candidates appreciate my honesty and integrity. I spend time with candidates to establish parameters they need me to work within and only present opportunities that fit those boundaries. I do not waste unnecessary time and ask for the same courtesy in return.
